This position will report to the Luminary Relations Manager. In this role, you will: Assist in the tracking of Luminary/Physician/Key Opinion Leaders activities Assist in the execution of legal agreements Maintain the Luminary tracking document Assist in the execution of special Luminary programs Track and report on Luminary status Assist the Luminary Relations Manager in developing Luminary strategies to increase brand awareness On-boarding of new Luminaries Assist the Luminary Relations manager in tracking the progress of the Aesthetic Residency and Distinguished Training Partners programs Assist in launch activities Basic Bookkeeping tasks     Position Requirements   Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field five years of experience as an assistant or relevant administrative support role A positive, high-energy, and professional attitude Basic understanding of the aesthetics and medical laser industry Strong interpersonal skills Professional level verbal and written communications skills Solid organizational and analytical skills In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong attention to detail High-level project management skills Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills Ability to organize daily workload by priorities     Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Position Luminary Relations Coordinator (Remote w/Travel)   Location Remote   About the Organization SCITON is an industry leader and manufacturer of medical aesthetic lasers and light source technologies.
