We are looking for an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will: Provide overall management and supervision of the operation and personnel for this customer. Provide assistance to Technical Advisory Reports. Evaluate production and engineering service cost proposals and provide engineering cost studies/estimates. Provide program acquisition support to include all actions in awarding and managing contacts and documentation including Acquisition Strategy and Acquisition Plans. Assist in inputting all procurement requests into the automated Standard Procurement System. Evaluate and propose acquisition process improvements. Conduct technical/cost/financial risk analysis and recommend mitigation to risks. Provide assistance in work-share management, developing share formulas, and analyzing proposals.     Position Requirements Required Education, Skills and Experience: 7 or more years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis. Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations. Supervisory experience. Experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel. Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite. Desired Education, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution within a related industry. Certified Cost Estimator Analyst (CCEA) or Professional Cost Estimator/Analyst (PCEA) Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations. Supervisory experience. Experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel. Familiarity with DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); Naval Science and Technology (S&T) Strategies and Future Naval Capabilities (FNC) programs. Familiarity with Foreign Military Sales. Some TCG customers require individuals providing support to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations.
