Xperi Integrated Content Marketing Intern - Summer 2022 (Gold Rising) 


This internship is with Xperi and is part of the Gold Rising Program, an 8-week internship enhancement program that incorporates learning opportunities including an intensive two-day orientation, weekly panels, exclusive networking events, workshops, screenings, and mentorship opportunities with Academy members. Xperi is looking for a creative and determined intern with video/image capture and editing focus to provide real-world experience of content marketing premium technology solutions to the entertainment industry (movies, gaming and more), including its customers and consumers.


Through the Xperi marketing internship experience, intern will learn more about the following:

  • How marketing at Xperi works

  • About the DTS brand and other Xperi brands and solutions

  • How DTS works with our partners to create amazing technology experiences

  • How to contribute to a broader marketing team by working on and owning (proficiency in video/image capture and editing) content creation projects that improve team performance and campaign success.

Focus project: DTS 30th Anniversary Campaign and Content Programs:

In Marketing’s experience, the best internships have focus projects that the intern can own and that have a clear deliverable at the end. This gives the organization tangible value that carries on after the internship is over and gives the Intern a great story to share with future employers that shows the impact he/she made at the company. The focus project for this internship is the DTS 30th Anniversary campaign and its various content programs. You will further develop your content capture and editing skills and help the team with creative ideation. Campaign development will include competitive analysis to help inform messaging and align efforts to industry standards.


  • Work remotely during the hours of 9a-5pm according to TBD schedule

  • Participate in Marketing team meetings

  • Stay connected with Loren listening to her for guidance relative to Academy Gold and using her as a resource for career advice in general

  • Working with Molly, Brandon and Lauren to conceive, develop, and deliver on the assigned tasks/priorities and completion of Focus Project with concept and final presentations to the Integrated Marketing team

  • Report progress bi-weekly to Christy, listen to questions/feedback

  • Collaborate with creative services (with Brandon as lead) and digital marketing team to create, promote and amplify DTS

  • Lend a hand wherever the team needs it across functional areas (events, social, digital, content, etc)
