Share Email Opening Title Accounts Payable Specialist  Category Finance & Admin   Description Summary: Responsible for all transactions for vendor invoices from receipt to payment. Responsible for the more complex related party payables, cash deposit preparation, and processing commission payments. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Consolidates, validates and enters into the computer system all trade payables Prepares checks and assures timely mailing on a weekly basis Clarifies any questionable invoice items, prices, or receiving signatures; obtains proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments Consolidates, validates and enters into the computer system all intercompany and international payables Prepares Commissions and cut checks each month Scans daily cash deposit Back up for customer payments using credit card terms Collect, verify and approve Temporary Employee timecards Other duties as assigned   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift Days   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Open Date 8/16/2022   Location Rohnert Park   About the Organization LEMO is a privately owned Swiss company, located in Sonoma County among the rolling hills of Northern California's wine county, centrally located just 45 minutes north of San Francisco.
