Share Email Opening Title Home Child Care Network (HCCN) Coordinator  Position Home Child Care Network (HCCN) Coordinator   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Base Wage $17.10-$19.00 per hour based on education and experience level.   Description Essential Functions Under general direction is responsible for managing assigned caseload of the Home Child Care Network of licensed in-home day cares; participates in recruitment, screening, training, enrollment and compliance activities of the day care homes.  Essential Functions Collaborates with existing agencies and coordinates services for home childcare providers Enrolls clients; completes necessary paperwork Counsels families seeking child care Produces necessary reports and projections to administrative personnel Visits home providers on regular, established basis; documenting quality of care and regulating compliance Facilitates attainment of quality rating system levels Implements procedures and controls to ensure program integrity Initiates and completes outcomes measurement tool in the homes annually Provides training opportunities for home providers that align with Quality Rating Systems and other topics as appropriate   Benefits and Perks At SALFCS, not only are we committed to serving our communities, we’re committed to our employees!
