Customer Account Manager - Davis 



This position is responsible for effectively building and maintaining customer relationships through solicitation while maximizing revenue opportunities utilizing our service offerings. The individual will have complete oversight, autonomy and authority to negotiate pricing and accept/decline business.



  • To meet or exceed individual customer Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Actively monitor and rectify scorecard by customer.
  • Ensure daily solicitation goals are met.
  • Ensure understanding and use of all Davis Transfer service offerings.
  • To meet or exceed operating plan line haul goals by accounts.
Position Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

This position will be required to work in an office environment with moderate noise levels, and, with or without reasonable accommodation is required:

  • to sit, stand, stoop, kneel and occasionally move up to 20 pounds,
  • manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard on a daily basis,
  • stamina to sit for extended periods of time, lift or carry printed materials, and
  • possess vision sufficient to read a monitor, printed text and hand written documents,
  • be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone.
