Territory Account Manager - Chicago

Description

Ideal candidate manages sales within the territory with Customers, Distributors and Reps and is located in Chicago area.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitates the design-in of products into new and existing customers’ applications
  • Insures strategic Sales plans are in place for Accounts and collaborates across territories if needed
  • Manage Rep in territory (if applicable) and works alongside to meet sales goals
  • Provides technical support and demonstrates product value to Reps, Distributors and Customers
  • Budgets, develops and maintains Sales plan to meet sales goals
  • Provides assistance for quoting, expediting, policies, and negotiating contracts
  • Update the customer relationship management (CRM) tool with updated contact information
  • Manage incoming leads, respond to customer and add outcome of the lead within the leads portal
  • Manage all opportunities within our CRM throughout the entire sales process until the order has been booked or lost
  • Represents the Company at Tradeshows, Sales related trade organizations and customer events
  • Travel required throughout territory
  • Other duties as assigned
