POSITION SUMMARY: BASIC FUNCTION

The Skilled HR Administrator is responsible for performing a variety of HR support functions and ensuring timely flow of information to and from the management staff. This position has a strong focus on data entry and integrity of the HRIS. Areas of support include HRIS, Onboarding, Employee Functions, HR files and documentation, various administrative tasks, and data input and reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handles a wide range of HR responsibilities including employee recordkeeping, new hire orientation and packets, HR compliance, processing employee changes within the HRIS and other HR administrative functions.
  • Organizes and maintains employee records and HRIS to include highly confidential documents, correspondence, and other records. Audits records and corrects information as necessary.
  • Gathers, reviews and compiles information and prepares accurate and comprehensive reports and surveys with deadlines attached.
  • Responds to employee questions regarding company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures receipt of policy acknowledgement forms.
  • Prepares necessary documentation for employee onboarding, termination, resignation, etc.
  • Processes management requests for employee changes.
  • Assists with employment verification requests.
  • Assists in preparation of a variety of communicative subject matter that may include privileged and highly sensitive material.
  • Composes and types routine correspondence.
  • Prepares reports, graphs and presentations.
  • Handles information of a highly confidential and critical nature.
  • Prepares and submits Purchase Requests as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is essential for satisfactory performance.
  • Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve HRBP department consistency.
  • Ensure HR practices are consistent across all Regions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience required.
  • Minimum 3 or more years of Human Resources and administrative experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
  • Experience with HRIS (Workday) is preferred.
 
Position Requirements

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending.
  • Ability to hear and speak into a telephone.
  • Close visual work on a computer terminal.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required to operate computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Standard office environment.
  • Extensive daily usage of workstation or computer.
  • This role is expected to be remote with an occasional need to be on-site in a shared space.
  • Occasional travel to data centers within the Americas.
