The Sales & Marketing Associate will assist the Sales Division in the implementation of all facets of marketing and sales activities and communications. This person will work closely to increase brand awareness, generate new business leads, maintain and support exiting account relationships and ultimately contribute to driving sales. Responsibilities: Apply targeted marketing strategies (phone, digital, etc.) to generate new leads & prospects for sales opportunities Schedule appointments for and assist with sales presentations & proposals Create materials for proposals, correspondence, presentations, and reports Develop & build relationships with key clients, & provide needs-based sales solutions Effectively use CRM database for client and prospect management Perform other job-related duties as assigned   Location Cuyahoga Heights   Position Requirements 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven history to meet or exceed established goals 1-2 years of digital marketing experience Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent job experience will be considered Experience using Microsoft Office products (especially Excel) Excellent communicator (verbal and written) with ability to build effective relationships Strong attention to detail with accuracy and consistency Positive attitude and ability to overcome objections Compensation: Base salary plus commission (uncapped) Health Insurance, 401k with Company match and participation in profit-sharing plan Paid leave:  sick days, vacation, and PTO   JSI123   Shift Days   This position is currently not accepting applications.
