Description

ProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR ManorCare, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.

The Regional Recruiter position is part of the ProMedica Talent Acquisition team that is responsible for proactive recruiting activities for staff level (clinical & non-clinical) positions in our home health and hospice agencies. This full-life cycle role will partner with leadership on their hiring needs and develop a strategy to ensure efficient and effective hiring of quality talent. The Recruiter also would be responsible with sourcing, screening, interview logistics, consistent communications with candidates and hiring managers.

The role is remote/home-based that would be part of a large, but tight-knit team. Has growth opportunities with a progressive, growing not-for-profit healthcare system. Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred.  
Position Requirements Recruiting experience required. Long-term care or home health care and hospice experience preferred.
