Additional $300 on six-month anniversary pay. Schedule: Full-time: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm What You Will be Doing  We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be providing direct services – including Day & Vocational Habilitation and Non-Medical Transportation Services – for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as behavioral health challenges. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and well-structured environment while embracing a person-centered and community-integrated philosophy. Our program is both center and community-based – so expect outings with the people we support!   Position Requirements Minimum Education/Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Education/Qualifications: Three years experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges in any residential, supported living, respite, day or vocational program, or school program Five years experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges At least two years of college in psychology or a related field plus three years or more of experience in the mental health field Required Licensure/Certification: Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing. (training will be provided, if not already certified) Valid Ohio Driver’s License – Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Insurable Driving Record - no more than five points on your driving record Successfully complete DOT drug screen and physical Med Cert (as needed based upon clientele) All candidates who have received an offer of employment will be required to undergo a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and health screen as applicable for the role.
