Share Email Opening Title Human Resources Assistant  Description SUMMARY: Provides general HR support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide full comprehensive Human Resources support for the HR department Oversee and process new hire paperwork Conduct pre-employment screenings and follow the clearance process Work with candidates to assist in completion of onboarding Manage employee files Provide consultation on policies and procedures Act as liaison between employee and company Assists HR Director with clerical and other miscellaneous duties Assists in new employee onboarding Assist in recruiting new employees including setting up interviews Strong communication skills Must have strong attention to details Must be computer literate     Position Requirements EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: High school diploma plus 1 year of administrative experience, HR experience a plus.
