FRESH Dental is looking for a full-time Patient Relations Coordinator to help us provide personalized care to our patients.
State-of-the-art dental practice is growing! Fresh Dental has been serving the community since 2015 as a full-service general practice. We provide general, emergency, cosmetic, orthodontic, periodontic, and pediatric services.

We are looking for a team member with experience in a paperless, technology-driven office. Candidates must have strong dental insurance and claim filing skills. Our newest team member will also have experience successfully working with patients to overcome financial barriers.

$16-$24 per hour depending on experience PLUS lucrative commissions!
We are located: right off of I-40 Near Texas Roadhouse
Education: Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Skills & Expertise: At least 12 months experience analyzing patient records, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and helping patients understand their invoices and insurance coverage. Dental industry greatly preferred.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Completes daily insurance verifications for all scheduled patients
Greet all patients by first name with a friendly personality as they arrive and assist them throughout their office visit.
Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the office or calling in on the phone
Confirm all future appointments
Assist patients with billing questions
Submit Insurance Claims with proper attachments and narratives.
Follow-up with unscheduled recare/treatment appointments.
