First Advantage is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor. This position ensures the operational processes are functioning properly to meet specific client obligations for turnaround time, productivity and quality. This position interfaces across departmental functions and drives the achievement of service level agreements through prioritizing and monitoring fulfillment. Trains, coaches and mentors staff as needed to successfully meet and exceed customer expectations. This position takes a leadership role in the organization and manages specific account requirements, operational costs, evaluations and progressive discipline.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage workflows to ensure turnaround times are being met daily
Manage tracking metrics to determine productivity benchmarks are being met
Manage quality program to drive accuracy and analyze errors for improvement
Manage direct reports including hiring, performance reviews, absence management, terminations
Report KPI performance to manager and make recommendations for action to improve operation
Ensure functional delivery areas are performing to required service levels for responsiveness and fulfillment
5 years supervisory experience required. 6-10 years preferred. Experience managing a data entry or quality assurance team is preferred. Experience in transportation industry or knowledge of vehicle compliance requirements a plus

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
Experience compiling and analyzing data for business consumption
Strong analytical skills and desire to bring change management processes to organization
Excellent Excel skills for data manipulation and presentation
This role is largely a sedentary in nature. The role requires the ability to lift and/or carry equipment and files up to 20 pounds, walk, bend or stand as necessary.
Role includes the management of a team including hiring/firing, approving time records, performance management, team member development, providing coaching and feedback, training, and resolving complaints/issues. Number of direct and indirect report could include up to 10 team members.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, calculators, filing cabinets and fax machines
