Position Description

The Web Services team provides website hosting and SEO (search engine optimization) services for over 1100 home inspection websites. The Web Services Account Coordinator is a client-facing position supporting numerous accounts that require careful organization and attention to detail.

As a successful contributor to the Web Services team, your duties will include setting up new clients in the SEO program for each cycle, assigning blog topics, and placing content orders weekly for inspectors in SEO. This position also assists our Project Managers with new website builds by handling client/contractor billing, answering sales calls, and offering additional support to the Web Services team as directed.

Responsibilities

  • Send terms of service and welcome emails to new website sales and SEO clients
  • Set up Google Reviews time-released messages with client-verified Google business listing
  • Assign blog topics for inspectors based on their services, location, and time of year
  • Place orders for assigned blogs through external content sources
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails from Web Services clients
  • Follow up with clients about past due payments
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable for contractor invoices
  • Website sales emails and phone calls
  • SEO sales emails and phone calls
  • Miscellaneous other account-related tasks to support Project Managers and SEO Team

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of WordPress, SEO tactics, and website design
