Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Related)
Valor Global is currently looking full-time on-site inbound and outbound customer service representatives working with Medical and Dental facilities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ˇ Taking inbound calls to assist patients calling to schedule appointments and routing pertinent information to the office staff in their EMR software
ˇ Making outbound calls to schedule existing patients who are due for services
SKILLS:
ˇ Must have active listening skills, friendly voice, and good phone skills with excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with patients and relay pertinent information to other teams
ˇ Must have attention to detail with ability to manage time efficiently while navigating computer system
ˇ Must be patient orientated and have the ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios
ˇ Must have dependable/reliable work habits including meeting attendance/tardiness guidelines
JOB DUTIES:
ˇ Assist patients by accommodating their requests to schedule appointments or relay medical information to the appropriate medical team
ˇ Navigate EMR software system simultaneously
ˇ Document, without errors, in computerized medical chart as needed
ˇ Ability to arrive on time and work assigned schedule
ˇ Perform other tasks as trained and assigned
ˇ Maintain HIPPA Compliance at all times

HOURS OF OPERATION/LOCATION
Some flexibility in start and end times
SALARY: Starting pay $15.00 per hour (higher for Spanish bilingual)
