Our goal is to grow together and enjoy the work that we do as a team.   Description The Senior Maximo Developer will be the SME for the use and maintenance of the Maximo applications for the program. The Senior Maximo Developer will work with a large onsite development team who will be deploying a Maximo for Aviation system for a Federal Agency. Responsibilities: Responsible for gathering, and analyzing customer system requirements and developing Maximo to meet those requirements Daily interface with the customer SME’s working as part of an Agile Scrum Team. Provide regular status updated to VSolvit PM on the status of the system. Implementing Maximo mobile as part of the deployment Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. Analyzing program risks. Working to deploy a high-quality Maximo for Aviation solution for the customer in a timely manner.   Position Requirements Basic Qualifications: Maximo 7.5 or higher Deployment Professional Certification 7-10 years’ experience developing Maximo systems projects Experience implementing at least 2 other complex Maximo Systems deliveries preferably at least one of which was a Maximo for Aviation implementation. Experience in working on Agile Development Teams, preferable with SAFe Agile experience and/or certification. Proven experience in successful Maximo deliveries. Proven experience as a senior developer and tech lead.   Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a technical field.
