Under direct supervision, the Collections Network Coordinator performs administrative duties to support the daily operations for clinic and third-party locations working with First Advantage to provide drug, medical services and fingerprint collections for client applicants. This role is responsible for coordinating and maintaining vendor relationship, setting up new locations, maintaining accurate data of available services, and monitoring service quality at each clinic or site location. The position requires continuous phone contact with site locations to evaluate service offerings. Support is delivered through multiple channels while contributing to ongoing enhancement of shared knowledge content and promoting overall value of First Advantage. This is a contingent position initially.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. 1-2 years’ of college or technical trade school preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years prior experience coordinating vendor or partner relationships or multiple projects preferred.
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
Physical Requirements: This role is largely a sedentary in nature and involves sitting for long periods of time. The role requires the ability to hear and talk as well as to see data and adjust visual focus for computer and paper tasks, read, type, lift and/or carry equipment and files up to 20 pounds, walk, bend or stand as necessary.
Working Environment: Location may vary from a remote home based position or office based position in Indianapolis, Atlanta, or Bolingbrook location. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, phones, photocopiers, scanners, calculators, filing cabinets and fax machines.
