We will achieve this by adhering to our core values.   Description PLANT OPERATOR The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years experience in generating plant operations and/or advanced education/degree in power generation, or related field. Duties include start-up and shutdown of standalone boiler equipment, gas and steam turbine generating equipment, operation of electrical breakers ranging from 12-24v DC to 110v- 345KV AC switch yard equipment, boiler chemistry sampling, chemical deliveries and offloading, bulk gas supply deliveries, operation of a fork lift, ability to work in extreme temperature and weather conditions, working at elevated heights, working in confined spaces, scaffolding inspection, ability to carry or lift equipment weighing up to 40 lbs, monitor/trouble shoot equipment, perform preventative and minor corrective maintenance, and perform Locking and Tagging of associated equipment.
