We are urgently hiring for a leadership position as a Builder Program Manager. We are looking for hard working, dedicated, and critical thinkers, that have a good work ethic and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include: Being responsible for monitoring/managing purchase order opened by our vendor Ensuring schedule changes in the purchase order platform are then updated in Shield Additions/subtractions to the purchase order Closing schedule changes (either moving up or pushing out) Making sure they are accurate $$$ If changes are made on our side, ensure that purchase orders are then modified at our request and we are paid Reconciling our completed jobs against jobs we are paid for Auditing Salesforce accounts/leads to ensure purchase orders are listed Doing quality control checks on Salesforce accounts Sales quality control (Basically a similar function to inside sales support) Install close out quality control, make sure inventory and payable look right What we offer: Salary starting at $35k - $40k Full benefits including: Medical, vision, dental, life insurance Company match 401k Opportunity for advancement   Position Requirements Requirements: Higher education desired Needs account receivable/payable experience Driven, hard worker Motivated to succeed         EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
