The Healthcare Data and Quality Assurance Analyst serves as the primary QA resource and provides analytical and reporting support.

This role is responsible for establishing and implementing the design, process, and automation of tests for data validations, transformations, normalizations, reports and extracts, and integration processes that deliver unstructured and structured content to our Data Gathering Environment (EDGE) and We Care Dashboard.

The analyst must have a strong understanding of healthcare data with the ability to work with multiple sources of data (e.g., claims, financial, and clinical data) to meet both quality assurance and reporting requirements.

 
Position Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Deep working experience of ETL, data pipelines using Informatica (DEI/BDM), or equivalent technologies with the ability to automate validation of data ingestion, transformation, cleansing, and loading process.
  • Ability to review technical requirements, use databases to develop reports as needed using various data manipulation and presentations.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing packages/framework such as Cucumber, Selenium (for Web UI), Behave, Gherkin, Pytest, GreatExpectations or equivalent to produce and execute test strategies, cases, and scripts.
  • Ability to professionally interact with medical staff, peers, and internal company staff at all levels
  • Manage sensitive data and information and preserving data integrity and confidentiality of all information
