We are committed to our residents and our staff; we have a high staff to resident ratio.   Position Occupational Therapist   Description A  Occupation Therapist is responsible for planning, organizing, developing Occupational Therapy Services in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as may be directed by the administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.     Position Requirements Qualifications: Must possess, as a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university. Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in this state. Must have, as minimum, two (2) years’ experience in a therapist capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility. Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative therapy practices.
