The Marketing/Proposal Coordinator works in our Minneapolis, MN office to promote Alliant in the marketplace by aiding in the preparation of proposals, communications, graphics, presentations, etc. that outline our services, demonstrate our commitment to excellence, and highlight the collaboration between our internal and external teams. He/she will be the point of contact for internal customers at all levels of the organization and must demonstrate curiosity, tactfulness, and diplomacy in a deadline-oriented and exciting environment. Responsibilities: Manages data with integrity across various platforms, including Alliant’s client relationship management (CRM) tool. Coordinates proposal response activities, creates business development materials and develops marketing content with progressive independence. Manages specified details of the RFP process and workflow including coordinating the necessary responses in a timely and accurate fashion. Uses graphic design principles to contribute to proposals, digital posts, website, etc. while coordinating with in-house Graphic Designer. Supports the brainstorming, planning, and execution of internal and external marketing activities including proposals, email campaigns, career fairs, and professional conferences. Demonstrated ability to learn new skills, adapt to new processes, and simultaneously, articulate the value of looking at systems in new ways.
