Style Life is our direct sales division where our Independent Consultants, called Stylists, help individuals style their lives with products that enhance their everyday moments. Our Style Life brand is growing, and we're looking to add a new role called a Direct Sales Success Associate to our team. If you have experience in direct sales and training/development and are looking for the next step in your career, this might be a great opportunity for you.

The Position:

  • Keep the Style Life community engaged through morale-boosters such as kudos, handwritten cards (birthday, promotion, top 10, etc.) as direct by Sales.
  • Creates, executes, and maintains up to date, on trend social selling training in collaboration with the Digital Media Specialist and Director of Field Development.
  • Develop New Stylist training, including Starter Guide, Social Selling training, and weekly New Stylist Training calls.
  • Develop and execute small focus group training sessions in collaboration with the Director of Field Development.
  • Assist the Digital Media Specialist in creating, executing, and maintaining the monthly virtual celebration script.
  • Create content for the company wide weekly newsletter, The Weekly Wrap.
  • Maintain approvals, terminations, and ensure information is updated + current in Stylist Studio, Sales Portals, and appropriate Facebook Groups.
  • Give excellent customer service and support in all digital avenues - Facebook pages, Facebook groups, answering DMs, and taking phone calls per assigned brand(s) needs.
  • Keep community of followers and subscribers engaged within the assigned brand's community.
  • Respond to and resolve general inquiries or issues with products, community members, or technical needs via phone or email.
  • Aid the system administrator of the websites in returns, exchanges, and solving issues.
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
