Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC - one of Northern New England's largest business law firms - has a great opportunity for an associate attorney to join its Labor and Employment Law practice in its Burlington, Vermont office or its Lebanon, New Hampshire office in the Upper Valley region. Experience in representing clients before administrative agencies in employment-related claims, litigating on behalf of management, counseling on employment matters and representing management in traditional labor is preferred.

The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, including a clerkship, and wants to be a part of a team of attorneys committed to delivering top-quality legal services to growing and successful businesses.  From its rural offices in Vermont and New Hampshire, DRM's labor and employment law group has a sophisticated regional employment practice and a national labor practice.
