PFL is searching for a motivated, career-minded Finishing Operator to join our high-performing manufacturing team. No experience necessary! The PFL Production Department is consistently exceeding customer expectations. Come help us continue this success. We are looking for someone that takes pride in their work and wants to produce quality custom products. Physical requirements of this job vary based on individual capabilities, however, standing and intermittent lifting are required. PFL has state-of-the-art equipment in an expansive manufacturing facility. You will be provided opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge base through in-depth, hands-on training that continues throughout your career.
What to expect at PFL:
Starting wage of $18.50 per hour DOE. Receive a $1 increase after completing training and an additional increase after achieving performance standards.
