Share Email Opening Title Welder/Fitter/Fabricator  Category Skilled Trades   Position Welder   Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Welding knowledge Certified in ASME 9 or API Qualified with a pre-existing utility company preferred(NGRID; NiSource; Eversource) OQs (operator qualifications) completed through Northeast Gas Association Previous experience in welding, automotive mechanic, manufacturing, or other related fields Familiarity with welding tools and procedures Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics Ability to handle physical workload   Position Requirements 3-5 years’ experience working with heavy equipment Valid Driver’s License or Commercial Driver’s License Valid DOT Medical Card Ability to work in a team environment and take direction All certifications must be current and be able to provide documentation, radiographs and proof of eye test from the following year   Salary   Req Number SKI-21-00006   Location Boston   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
