In this role, you will:

  • Recruit and Schedule all patients as needed for ongoing clinical studies
  • Manage all required documentation in accordance with protocols and study requirements
  • Take pictures with Visia and FotoFinder systems for all patients, take all photos as needed
  • Ensure all equipment and supplies are available as needed for all studies
  • Greet and manage patients on active clinic days
  • Work closely and communicate with treatment provider and medical director as needed
  • Communicate status of studies routinely to interested parties
 
Position Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with surgical and aesthetics market preferred
  • Demonstrated administration skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills. Must be assertive, and self motivated
  • Demonstrate good judgment
  • Work well independently
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills
  • Physical coordination and ability to push lasers and lift equipment
  • Must possess basic MS Word and Excel skills
  • Have knowledge of social media for advertisement purposes

 

Work Experience and Education:

  • BA preferred
  • Administrative experience in medical environment required
  • Must be available in the clinic during treatment days, otherwise work can be conducted from remote location (3 days per week to start - could turn into full-time)
