We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist, on a temporary basis, to join our Eagle Systems team. The ideal candidate will: Issue, stores, inventories and perform location maintenance on all storage locations of ammunition and residue. Ensure that all Ammunition Items stored are sealed to prevent pilferage.    Inspect vehicles. Conducts 100% location surveys and 100% inventories. Complies with published policy, procedures and regulatory guidance for the receipt, storage, issue, and disposition of ammunition. Complies with customer identification procedures. Performs accurate document editing procedures.  Maintains and updates magazine data cards, ammunition store slips, storage plan-o-graphs and other related documents.  Performs general housekeeping duties and maintenance of outside/inside the ASP.  Loads / off loads vehicles and operates MHE up to 10K and other warehouse equipment. Participates in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and QA Programs. Mentors and assists with on-the-job training and cross-training. Trains, cross trains and attends training sessions as required. Complies with all Company rules, policies and procedures. Complies with all safety, environmental & quality standards & applicable COPs & DOPs. Provides for the accountability and proper care of all GFE / CFE. Favorably interacts with internal / external customers. Performs other related duties, as required.   Position Requirements Minimum Skills & Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to obtain a CAC (HSPD 12) card. One or more years’ experience and specific knowledge in storage and warehouse functions. Must have ammunition handling experience (military or civilian equivalent). Must have or must pass all required applicable training certifications IAW AMC 350-4 and DA PAM 385-64. Must have or be able to obtain MHE licenses/certifications. Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently Must have a valid and current state driver license. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must understand and be able to use Technical Manuals. Must be able to complete paperwork associated with ammunition. Ability to work in a team environment Possible Physical Demand and Working Conditions (ADA Requirements): Must be able to lift between 50 lbs. or more with or without accommodation. Must utilize all proper lifting procedures and practices. Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Must be able to work at heights. Must be able to work under pressure and strenuous conditions. Must be able to meet short suspense dates. Must be able to conduct work in the out-of-doors area with potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions i.e. extreme temperatures, low humidity, rain and blowing sand and dust. Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of stooping; climbing; standing; and sitting for long periods of uninterrupted time. May require shift work. May be required to work an uncommon tour of duty including nights, weekends, and holidays.
