Specific Job Detail

The Regional Recruiter supports recruitment for assigned positions, providing strong customer service throughout the hiring process, positioning ProMedica Senior Care as an employer of choice.

  • Supports full life cycle recruitment efforts to meet the workforce needs of the business
  • Support recruiters, HR and hiring managers to ensure optimal service delivery throughout the hiring process
  • Review employment applications and interview candidates to qualify against position requirements
  • Execute administrative duties related to recruiting (e.g. requisition creation, job postings, reference checks, candidate communication, interview coordination/confirmation, etc.)
  • Working within the applicant tracking system to keep candidate status up to date as well as requisition management

Description

ProMedica Senior Care provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy. Consults with ProMedica Senior Care personnel to define need or problem. Conducts studies and surveys to obtain data, analyzes and advises on a recommended solution. Provides expert advice and counsel in recruiting. Implements national nurse recruitment programs. Assures, through actions, that the company image as an ethical and high quality provider is developed and maintained. Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred.  
Position Requirements
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 1 year of full cycle recruiting or recruiting coordinator experience preferred 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Experience working within an applicant management system 
  • Healthcare experience preferred 
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills 
  • This is a remote position
