Position Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Two (2) years of Casino Players Club or Player Development management experience.
  2. Two (2) years’ experience with supervisory responsibilities.
  3. Bachelor’s degree OR combination of college education and marketing work experience.
  4. Experience assisting with or supervising casino events/promotions.
  5. Strong mathematical abilities to analyze patterns and accurately compute figures.
  6. Demonstrate computer efficiency with Microsoft software, database systems, reports and queries.
  7. Confident and effective communication skills required - aural, verbal, written and interpersonal.
  8. Flexible to work weekends, shift work and holidays.
  9. Physically requires: work in smoke filled environment; lift and maneuver heavy, bulky items up to 50 lbs.; able to sit for long periods at a computer station with repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers.
  10. Effective communication skills - verbally able to provide instruction, respond to questions, and have exceptional interpersonal skills and abilities.
  11. Excellent personal appearance and hygiene habits.
  12. Requires a High Security Gaming License clearance.
  13. Must be at least 21 years of age.

  1. Experience with Oasis Gaming Management system
 
Description

JOB SUMMARY

Oversees the operations of Club Wild, Player Development, including supervision of staff, customer relations management, and analyses and reporting. Responsible for the growth and maintance of the Club database, hosted players, purchasing, and inventory. Responsible for creating and managing applicable budget.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  1. Ensure customer satisfaction and casino play through direction of Club and Player Development staff.
  2. Supervise Club and Player Development operations through high service standards and efficiency.
  3. Directly supervise Club staff, Player Development staff to include direction of hiring, scheduling, leave approval, performance counseling, evaluation, and training, operational orientation and staff development.
  4. Ensure that Club and Player Development staff are knowledgeable about WRC programs, promotions, events, and guest services to guarantee an accurate release of information.
  5. Develop annual work plan with goals and action items for Club, Player Development, monitor, and ensure realization of same.
  6. Develop and implement Club and Player Development programs designed to identify new players.
  7. Responsible to direct the management of Club and Player Development program inventories.
  8. Direct development of forms, vouchers, rating sheets, lists, logs, etc., to support Club and Player Development programs and to track program activities.
  9. Develop, implement, and facilitate club benefits including providing details, rules, procedures and materials necessary.
  10. Maintain the integrity of the Club and Player Development databases for successful customer relations management and return on investment.
  11. Work closely with events and/or promotions manager and participate in planning committee meetings to ensure the success of casino and club promotions.
  12. Develop and maintain a competitive club benefits comparison to ensure player loyalty.
  13. Coordinate data with marketing for target marketing and player, promotion, and product development.
  14. Ensure that the Club and Player Development program database information is handled confidentially and appropriately at all times.
  15. Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.
  16. Manage Club and Player Development program guest disputes appropriately and effectively, resolving at the lowest level possible.
  17. Keep Director appraised of operations and immediately report any unusual situations.
  18. Promote a clean, safe and healthy work environment for employees and guests. Promptly address hazards and reports all concerns to director.
  19. Ensure that operation of equipment, tools and materials are handled in a safe manner.
  20. Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.
  21. Other related duties as needed or directed.
 
Salary $70K-$90K
