Executive Assistant to the EVP/Chief Experience Officer

This position assures that the administrative duties of the EVP/Chief Experience Officer are handled proficiently.


Nature and Scope

This position reports to the EVP/Chief Experience Officer. This is a high-volume, ever changing environment. The individual interacts daily with the EVP/Chief Experience Officer and her direct reports. External relationships include members, vendors, credit union employees, and community partners. It provides as needed daily assistance to Technology, Human Resources, Learning and Performance, and Service and Support departments. Tight deadlines and major decisions control the delegation and workload on a daily basis.

Specific Accountabilities

  • Supports the EVP/Chief Experience Officer with administrative functions
  • Assists with highly confidential personnel matters
  • Creates and maintains various reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Calendar management including scheduling of on-site/off-site meetings and conference calls
  • Arrange and coordinate travel reservations for EVP/Chief Experience Officer and direct reports
  • Supports the EVP/Chief Experience Officer with monthly reports to the Board of Directors
  • Supports the President’s Executive Assistant in creation of the monthly packet for the Board of Director’s meetings
  • Provides back up support to Executive Assistant team as needed
  • Supports various departments with reports and graphs as needed
  • Create, edit, and proofread documents and correspondence
  • Creates check requests and expense reports
  • Takes minutes for various meetings on a bi-weekly or monthly schedule
  • Assists with compiling annual budget for EVP/Chief Experience Officer and direct reports
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events as needed
  • Provide administrative support on a limited basis to Program Manager, AIG, as needed
  • Work with external community boards

  • Technically proficient in Windows OS, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to be a team player
  • Ability to conduct business in a professional manner, exercising personal discretion and independent judgment


Education and Experience

  • Associate’s Degree or work experience equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior management level positions strongly preferred
