Primary Duties: Support Sr Manager/Director of T&D with on going projects and support engagement plan.   Position Requirements Currently enrolled in an MBA program or working to obtain a Master in Human Resources. Demonstrates AZ Leadership Capabilities: Passion for Customers, Thinks Strategically, Drives Performance, Works Collaboratively. Driven personality - eager to take on new challenges. Strong ability to build relationships. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Keen attention to detail and an innovative mindset. Proficient Computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
