However, Sawdey Solution Services, Inc. will consider several factors when extending an offer to an applicant. The Enterprise Ground Services (EGS) SME will develop plans and requirements for onboarding EGS to support all related DOD Space systems. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Recommend how to incorporate all systems into one standard SOA with open system principles. Provide technical review and draft comments to A5M for S&T process. Evaluate concepts and provide technical assessments of candidate S&T projects. Assist with proposal development, if necessary. Perform other duties, as assigned.   Position Requirements Experience: Ten (10) years’ space experience with four (4) years’ space tactical-level C2 experience and three (3) years’ requirements experience, including demonstrated: Proficiency with current AFSPC/NRO tactical satellite ground and network C2 systems. Proficiency in requirements development/CBA/AoA processes; functional/operating/system concepts development for new and existing systems. Proficiency in identifying requirements, acquisition and budgeting process interdependencies; JCIDS process and staffing products through AFSPC/HPT/AFROC/JROC. Proficiency in application of emerging concepts to system development. Proficiency in AFI 10-2801/AFSPCI 10-102, AFI 10-601/AFSPC Supp. Knowledge of current DOD/NRO/commercial SATOPS/ground networking systems/interfaces; ESBMC2 REG requirements. Knowledge of Services and SOA. Knowledge of space satellite C2 units, weapon systems, and architectures; C2/space control/SSA CONOPS/ICD/CDD/CPD/KPPs/KSA/NR-KPP. Knowledge of tactical-/operational-/strategic-level C2 structures. Knowledge of tactical, operational and strategic C2 operational and development stakeholders. Knowledge of current AFSPC initiatives, including the SEV; Model Based System Engineering (MBSE); AFSPC S&T process; JCIDS requirements. Knowledge of HQ AFSPC Program Security Classification Guides. Education: Master’s Degree is desired. Other Required Skills & Abilities: Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
