Our unwavering commitment to our Associates, their health and safety, self-directed work teams, and a commitment to continuous improvement create a rewarding and fun place to work.   Description The Taylor Sand Plant has immediate openings for Rail Production Associates to join their night shift.  Experience with locomotives is not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.  These individuals work primarily between our loadout terminal and rail switchyard.  Direct responsibilities include the inspection and clean out of equipment, loading sand into railcars, testing sand to quality specifications, locomotive and switching operations, track inspections, and accurate production reporting. Candidates must be willing to take the rail safety training provided by BMC, along with learning the quality and business software systems as part of the role.  This position will require operating rail equipment such as locomotives and track mobiles, as well as heavy lifting, bending, stooping, and working in all weather conditions.
