Airy. The Psychiatric Case Manager is responsible for providing administrative and case management support for the Outpatient Program and the psychiatrist; handles call from parents regarding issues with the patient, refills of medication, and emergency referrals. Coordinates work within the department and provide relevant information to other parties, creates files, sets up information in the electronic health records system, sets appointments, ensures proper medical billing; reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; response to inquiries or requests for information. Coordinates work/referrals outside the agency to provide care navigation for psychiatric patients.   Position Requirements BSW with Knowledge of office operations; proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office software and Electronic Medical Records System.
