Are you looking to make a change? Fair Oaks Health Care Center in Crystal Lake, IL is looking for CNAs for our PM shift (3pm-11pm). Fair Oaks offers strong management support. We take great pride in our "teamwork" atmosphere and low patient/CNA ratio. Fair Oaks also has a CNA Task Force to help CNAs take a more active role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills while being passionate about caring for our residents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting residents with ADL's along with providing care as required
  • Completes assignements to ensure timely, efficient and safe care
  • Documents results of care within facility policies, procedures and scope of practice
  • Implements holistic plan of care
  • Demonostrates time management and task prioritization
