ROLE SUMMARY:

The Supply Chain Business Services Manager will help design and architect solutions to complex data integration, reporting, process re-engineering, and automation problems in Supply Chain leveraging technology to align business operations with the organization's strategic vision and necessity. Through the development of operational improvement strategies and initiatives, the Supply Chain Innovation and Solutions Manager is expected to achieve a culture of technological excellence, optimized solutions, and sustained execution. The ideal candidate will lead in the development of technological direction as it relates to the organization's Supply Chain.

The ideal Supply Chain Innovation and Solutions Manager candidate must possess Trulieve's core values and must work well in a collaborative team environment. Some of the specific tasks include but are not limited to:

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides guidance and collaborates with senior leaders to create, direct, and maintain an operating plan to support the strategic vision and platform that defines Trulieve's business processes, tools, and technology in Supply Chain.
  • Coordinate projects among a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders, communicate to leadership on strategy and solutions and works closely with implementation partners, third-party vendors, and key solutions partners to develop the vision and scope of the technology service.
  • Provides support reports to management and analyzes results
  • Manage outsourced technology providers to ensure the timely completion of day-to-day support activities, as well as the completion of information technology projects and long-term goals.
  • Co-develop and manage Technology annual budget, using monthly budget-to-actual-to-projection reports.
  • Assumes responsibility for special technology projects that are rolled-out
  • Actively participates in developing and implementing the supply chain technology strategy
  • Assist team by staying abreast of the latest technology developments in Supply Chain.
  • Work with Data to improve processes and enable faster insight-generation from complex datasets.
  • Serve as an evangelist for modern data engineering and data science practices within the supply chain.
  • Advise on new or better ways to report & visualize meaningful data
  • Mine and analyze system usage data to report to our customers & partners
  • Participate within the integration of the company national expansion
  • Other duties or projects as assigned within the technology and operations functions.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration with a focus on network architecture, data structures, or similar course of study related to the occupational field.
  • Experience sufficient to thoroughly understand the objectives and functions of the major duties of position usually interpreted to require ten years of related experience.
  • Proven leadership in setting and implementing a vision for how technology is used in cannabis.
  • Strong generalist able to add value in a variety of ways
  • Systems-level thinking with the ability to solve problems and build scalable solutions
  • Expertise in using spreadsheet tools (e.g. Excel, Sheets) to collect, manipulate, and report data.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) implementation is a must.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and high attention to detail;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand the impact of short-term and long-term solutions
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
  • Demonstrated track record in advocating and promoting technology, standard methodologies, and quality
  • Reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Metabase, or similar)
  • Expertise in database concepts and efficient SQL queries
  • Familiarity with basic machine learning algorithms and techniques a plus
 
Position Requirements

ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)

Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions

Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors,

etc. (Moderate noise)

WORK SCHEDULE:

40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
