- Proficiency in 2D & 3D CAD Modeling (Solid Edge preferred)
- Proper Dimensioning, Print Reading with GD&T application.
- Practical problem- solving techniques (Six Sigma, 8D, 4M, 5Why, Know/Don’t Know, Kata, DOE)
- Strong talent for project coordination and delegation
- Ability to manage multiple projects

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering or related field from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before customers or managers and employees of organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, AND OTHER SKILLS 5+ years of 3D CAD knowledge, preferably in Solid Edge Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Technical skills in manufacturing processing and methods including flow, layout, assembly and production equipment. Problem analysis and problem resolution.
