About the team:

This is a non-exempt long-term temporary assignment with possibility of extension based on company needs and individual performance. The position is based in Palo Alto, CA, and reports to the Manufacturing Manager.

The Production Assembler is responsible for electro-mechanical assembly of power module, which includes:

  • PCBA mounting.
  • Wiring and harnessing.
  • Wire Crimping.
  • Soldering, de-soldering and touch-up.
  • Mechanical assembly using hand tools.

 
Position Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Must have previous Assembly experience.
  • Ability to use logical approach toward troubleshooting problems.
  • Ability to work from product methods and verbal instructions.
  • Excellent hand/eye coordination.
  • Good eye for defects and high focus on quality.
  • Good ESD practices.
  • Work experience with medical products a plus. An AA diploma or equivalent experience desired.
