The Residential Care SW has primary responsibility for developing, documenting, and implementing most aspects of a youth's ISP during their participation in the RTF Treatment program; assures the safety, health, and welfare of the youth while using counseling, educational, and life skills to build character and encourage the youth's achievement of their goals.   Position Requirements MSW and a minimum of one year experience in a residential treatment facility or similar setting with cognitive-behavioral programming, case management experience, and Trauma-Informed Treatment skills preferred. Knowledge of clinical adolescent mental and behavioral health needs. Ability to effectively communicate with children, adolescents, and families. Contains significant frustration tolerance. Demonstrated crisis management and de-escalation skills. Valid driver’s license from the state in which you reside and proof of car insurance, daily access to a vehicle.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
