CHC is seeking a qualified professional to support the HR and Leadership teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Takes calls, greets guests and responds to general inquiries.
  • Enters and maintains confidential employee data in HRIS.
  • Conducts background and reference checks.
  • Maintains and tracks licensure and certifications.
  • Screens resumes and tracks applicant data in HRIS
  • Tracks 90-day and annual performance evaluations and sends reminders to managers.
  • Orders supplies and uniforms.
  • Maintains schedule for conference rooms.
  • Assists in coordinating staff activities.
  • Assists members of the Leadership team by performing general administrative duties.
  • Opens, sorts, and distributes mail for administrative center.
