Your Next Career Opportunity: Equity Research Analyst

We are currently seeking an Credit Research Analyst that is enthusiastic and eager to be a part of a great culture and growing fast paced environment. This position will be placed at a highly strategic importance for the organization. Market Trends analysis, economic industry analysis and financial institutional partnerships will be vital to the role’s success. This role will also include heavy financial reporting and audits of financial data.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.
  • Prepare reports and projections based on financial data.
  • Recommend individual and collections of investments, also known as portfolios.
  • Study business and economic trends.
  • Research securities of Telecom Industry/Green Energy to provide investment recommendations
  • Develop and write research reports and publications to be presented to management or shareholders
  • Financial modeling: input data into proprietary financial models to create charts, dashboards and supporting material
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services industry happenings and current events
  • Conduct primary research from industry sources
  • Obtain Financial banking partnerships
  • Assisting Loan Officer with requests and tasks needed to complete and process applications
  • Meeting loan application deadlines
  • Building strong relationships with potential and current clients
 
Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to pass background/drug screening - Applicants possessing medical marijuana cards will not be considered for safety sensitive positions.
  • Expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Great presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and persuade
  • Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley
  • Excellent time management and organizational ability
  • Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
  • Willingness to work long hours, when necessary
  • Ability to be flexible and work with limited supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Five years of professional experience as an accountant, auditor, banker or computer programmer analyst
  • CPA or SMA certification Preferred
