This position supports both the Benefits and Compensation areas. This role is responsible for assisting with the daily administration of all benefit programs, including Health and Welfare plans (Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, EAP, Voluntary Benefit Programs), the 401(k) Plan and leave management, working with vendors and HR/employees to problem solve issues, address concerns and ensure accurate and timely administration of the plans. This position's primary focus in the Compensation area is on developing job descriptions, conducting salary and benchmark reviews against market data, creation and maintenance of job code tables and wage bands, verification of any bonus/incentive payments and assisting with the merit review process. This role must stay abreast of all federal, state and local legislative changes and trends related to Compensation and Benefits to ensure compliance.
