Description

Receptionist - This is a direct hire position with a great company in Golden Valley, MN.

The receptionist position is responsible for Greeting and processing visitors, and general office duties such as Incoming mail and shipments - UPS, FedEx, Courier, etc.  Investigate callers and sales professionals before passing on.

  • Maintaining files.
  • Typing/data assistance for Marketing, Project Managers and Accounting as needed.
  • Maintaining office supplies and ordering when necessary
  • Maintain office equipment - copier, fax, printers, postage meters, etc.
  • Schedule and maintain conference room calendar.
  • Schedule meetings for PM's and staff meetings on outlook calendar
  • Participate in office Teams and Zoom meetings.
  • Arrange off-site activities, company functions, tours, etc.
  • Maintain Mondo pad.
