Coordinates and provides Food Bank services. Oversee daily operations of Food Bank. Input client demographic data and annual data for food bank referrals into the client database. Place bi-weekly food orders with Philabundance and keep within budget. Coordinate monthly SHARE deliveries. Make available nutritional information and materials to clients accessing services, including, but not limited to the monthly newsletter 'In the Bag.' Complete at least 10 hours of HIV & nutrition continuing education annually. Assist in the distribution and data entry of the annual food bank client satisfaction survey. Keep the Food Bank area clean and orderly. Maintain accurate and orderly client files. Protect client information and records at all times in compliance with HIPAA and agency Confidentiality Policy. Participate in supervision with Case Management Services Manager. Participate in agency meetings, staff in-services, and external training as required. Perform other program-related duties as assigned by the Director of Care Services.   Position Requirements BSW with knowledge of HIV/AIDS. LGBTQ cultural competency. Computer literate. Customer service skills. Good oral and written communication skills are required for this position.
