Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC is seeking a Director of Operations to assume primary responsibility to lead several administrative functions of the firm, including human resources, facilities management and operations management.  The position offers the successful candidate potential for additional leadership responsibility in the future.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, be intellectually curious and have a proven track record of being a  sound decision-maker.  Strong interpersonal skills combined with strategic thinking along with effective written and oral communication skills are essential to the position.  At DRM, our people are our business, so a history of proven leadership that includes maintaining a strong organizational culture is key.

A qualified candidate will have a Master’s degree in business management or human resources management plus five or more years of senior level management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  SHRM-SCP or CLM professional designation is a plus, as is experience working for a professional services organization.  Periodic travel within Vermont and New Hampshire is required.
