Share Email Opening Title Human Resources Clerk   Description Basic Job Function: To provide clerical support services for the Human Resources department. * Temp assignment is for 3 days a week.   Position Requirements Greet colleagues in a professional and positive manner, answers telephone calls and assist all walk-in’s; prepares employee nametags and ID cards as needed; general ordering of office supplies Responsible for the filing Assist Benefits Manager with recognizing colleague birthday and anniversaries, open enrollment, Kahala Stars service awards, employee relation events such as charity walk and holiday events Maintains hotel communication systems such as the bulletin boards and suggestion boxes as well as assists in the publication of the quarterly colleague newsletter Assist Recruiting Manager with creating files for new hires, processing packets, certification tracking Completes a variety of projects/duties as assigned by the Human Resources team Education/Training Requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma required.
