Responsible for providing clerical support for all mortgage loan processing activities. Prepares closing documents, schedules closing appointments, final review of audit checklists, completes closings, prepares loan disbursements, funds loans, finalizes files for audit, performs post-closing functions, and assists members with questions. Meets mortgage loan scheduling and documentation requirements, and production expectations as determined by the Mortgage Supervisor and Mortgage Manager. Serves members, prospective members, and realtors promptly and professionally. Provides general Credit Union information and cross-sells services. Assists mortgage loan personnel, as necessary.

1. Assumes responsibility for providing effective clerical support for all phases of mortgage loan activities.
2. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional business relationships with members and mortgage professionals.
3. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and communication with Credit Union personnel and with management.
4. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
