The RCM EDI Specialist is responsible for providing ongoing support to our customers by ensuring their ANSI files are submitted to and received from all payers. This includes, but is not limited to: EDI Connections (setting up new connections and maintaining current connections), Reconciliation of Files, Missing ERA Support, and Support Calls.


  • Communicating with payers to maintain connections and ensuring we have up to date information
  • Recognizing continuous problems faced by our providers and helping to resolve them
  • Working directly with customers to resolve various support issues
  • Researching and relaying information to team members and upper management effectively


Position Requirements


  • Excellent Communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Must be detailed oriented and able to work issues to resolution
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • Understanding of the EDI process
